Can Odoo Notify When Supplier Invoices Are Due

Thanks for your subscription!

I take the subscription module running, simply what is the easiest manner to become notified somehow that invoices are created?

For example when a draft invoice is created by the module I would like to receive an e-post or something so that I can corroborate the invoice asap - I don't desire to check the listing of invoices every 24-hour interval..

here a simple fashion without any technical stuff ....

• first check that the Automated Action Rule module is installed, and you have a technical features on your access rights.
• then from Setting->Technical->Automated Deportment->Automatic Actions
• click create , enter any rule proper name e.g "Sending email when invoice created", then in the Related Document Module write "Invoice",
• then under the Deportment tab, click add in the Server actions to run, write any Action proper noun, in the Object field choose "Invoice", Activeness Blazon: Email,
• then write your email accost in the Email Address field
• then any subject and body, click save & close, so relieve.
